Fixing problems when they arise, expanding your knowledge to enable you to do the tasks you want to achieve, and helping you choose the right equipment for your needs. We don’t sell Apple products but we do provide independent advice.

Fixing problems when your Mac or it’s software isn’t doing what it is supposed to.

Installation Services

New Macs, transferring data from other Macs, installing new software and reconfiguring, setting up local area networks and data sharing, backups and iCloud.

Training

On most of Apple’s products, such as Mail, Safari, Pages and Numbers, along with file management and how to use your Mac.

Service delivery options:

On-site

In the majority of situations, we will come to you to work on your Mac(s). This is charged at a hourly rate in quarter hour increments.

Remote

Using TeamViewer software we can connect to your Mac over the internet. There will be some issues which can not be resolved with remote support. This is charged at a hourly rate (half of the on- site rate) in quarter hour increments.

Phone

We can provide assistance and guidance on how to address the issue you are having. Most of our telephone support is free.

Email

We can provide advice and guidance via email depending on the complexity of the issue. There are also some self-help guides on this website. Most of our email support is free.
